Beautiful Maleny, village in the clouds with ample rainfall, beautiful soil and lots of cows.

Well - not so much ample rainfall.

November was one of the driest months I can remember. In fact, we had only  39.2mm of rain compared with 282.8mm in 2008.

However, we DID hear thunder 5 times in the month - compared with 6 thunderclaps in 2008.

Our hottest day was only 1 degree hotter than the hottest November day in 2008 BUT we had 9 days over 30 degrees compared to only 2 days in 2008.

That's enough of weather..here's a Bower Bird baby...
